BULLETFLEX Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

BulletFlex offers a full refund or exchange for purchases within 30 days of the purchase date. This applies to issues related to sizing or other product concerns. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange.

 
One-Year Stitching and Material Warranty

For one year from the purchase date, BulletFlex will cover issues related to stitching or material wear. If a defect in stitching or material is identified:

  • We will provide an exchange for the same or a comparable item, subject to availability.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Contact our customer service team to process a warranty claim.

 
How to Process a Return or Exchange
  1. Contact our customer service team at support@bulletflex.com within the applicable period (30 days for refunds/exchanges, one year for stitching/material issues).

  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue.

  3. Follow the provided instructions for returning the item.

  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund or exchange.

 
Additional Notes
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • This policy applies only to purchases made directly through BulletFlex's official website or authorized retailers.
